Chevy Launches Camaro Configurator for the Middle Eastern Markets

Believe it or not, it's been about a month since we last posted anything about the new Camaro -we hope that you'll forgive us for not following the hype and posting about the speck of dust found on the brake pads on one of the show cars... While the new Camaro won't be heading towards Europe any time soon, in the Middle East were the money flows like petrol (you know what countries we mean), Chevy has launched an exclusive website where buyers can personally configure and pre-order the 2010 Camaro.

The first examples of the Chevy's reborn muscle car will hit the Middle East market this July. The Camaro will be offered with a 3.6L V-6 engine delivering 323HP and 380 Nm, and a 6.2-liter V8 pumping out an estimated at 462HP at 6,400 rpm and 609 Nm at 4,800 rpm of torque. Both models will be offered in the Middle East with either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.
