From 2012, we'll be seeing more and more hybrid vehicles on such roads of North America. And the Toyota Prius is now offering this little more advantage offered by hybrid vehicles that can recharge the batteries by plugging into a standard electrical outlet.
The Toyota Prius in 2012 will receive a set of lithium-ion bigger than before. It can also run on electric mode longer and reach a higher speed than the old Prius.
And like the old Prius, recharge on the road is through a generator and a regenerative braking system. Regarding the rest, engine and gearbox, it is always the same old Prius that we know.
