1,800 Scale Car Models Expected to Bring $20,000 in UK Auction

An unnamed man for Newton UK who has collected 1,800 toy-car scale models for a period of 20 years filling about three rooms of his house, has decided to put his treasured collection up for auction because he is moving from his house. The model cars, which are all boxed and in original condition are expected to fetch more than £10,000 or about $20,000 / €12,500. The humongous collection includes models of the Morris Minor traveller, BMW M3, Porsche 911, a Ford Sierra Cosworth and a Ford Escort.
