Apparently we weren’t the only ones on the net that attempted to amuse or trick you with phony articles, but we did manage to get into Jalopnik’s top 10 automotive hoaxes of April Fools’ Day. We won’t make any remarks about our pranks but we did find Car and Driver’s story about Toyota buying out the Oldsmobile nameplate and its plans to resurrect the long-gone American carmaker pretty cool.
